  • We kindly request that all RSVPs are submitted no later than February 20th.

    We unfortunately will not be able to accommodate any RSVPs that are submitted past our deadline. We love you, but we need an accurate headcount to ensure everyone has a seat!

  • Please arrive at the venue at 4:30 PM to enjoy a welcome drink and settle into your seats. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

  • Parking at the venue is available, but limited. If possible, we encourage carpooling.

    For those planning to drink, please use the provided Uber code to help you get to and from our event safely.

  • We don’t have a reserved room block, but there are plenty of options for accommodations near the venue. For your convenience and potential savings,  we have set up a Wedding hotel booking page with specially negotiated group rates that our guests can use without setting up a group hotel block.

    The rates linked below can fluctuate and sell out at any time, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Since rooms are not pre-blocked, we encourage you to book early to ensure availability.

  • For those who like having a little direction, our wedding dress code is Garden Cocktail.

    Unsure what that means? So are we!

    Think semi-formal but fun and comfortable for an outdoor setting. Check out our “Wedding Day” page for some inspiration pictures.

  • If they’re important to you, they’re important to us. Please ensure you include the details of all attendees in your RSVP so we can prepare a place for everyone.

  • Yes! We'll start with hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner featuring meat, potatoes, and salad.

    Our buffet includes gluten-free options, but please make sure to let us know if you have any additional dietary restrictions.

  • The venue includes both indoor and outdoor settings. As it's not temperature-controlled and we're in Arizona, keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

    It may feel warm during the daytime but will cool off come nightfall.

  • Yes, The Willow Wedding and Events Center is ADA accessible to ensure easy navigation for all our guests.

  • Due to local noise ordinances, we will need to wrap up at the venue by 10:30 PM.

    For those who wish to keep the party going, we would love to hit the town with anyone who wants to continue to celebrate together.

    That said, we kindly request that all phones are put away during our ceremony to allow our photographer to capture the best moments without distractions.
